Physiotherapy Treatments

Effective Physiotherapy treatment starts with a comprehensive physical assessment to identify issues affecting movement and function. It typically involves a thorough examination of strength, flexibility, posture, and pain which allows your physiotherapist to identify the body structures involved in your injury/condition. From there you will receive an individual treatment plan to address your problem. While each physiotherapy treatment is unique to the individual, here are some of the treatment options you can expect to receive as part of your treatment plan in our clinic.
